Volunteer Application

Continuing Education Coordinator

Maintain calendar of events with up to date symposiums, conferences, and courses on CWR website to inform CWR’s of current CE opportunities.    Update, maintain, and audit CWR approved Continuing Education (CE) List by researching CE opportunities and networking with Wildlife Rehabilitation Centers around the world.  Maintain an updated list of shareable resources to provide to CWR’s.

Commitment: 5 hours per month remotely

Communications and Marketing Coordinator

Create weekly Facebook posts to raise awareness of the CWR program and maintain monthly updates of Featured CWR, current job and internship postings, and Testimonials pages on CWR website.  Manage and update CWR WordPress website.  Maintain aesthetically pleasing easy to navigate design.  Manage GoDaddy account and SSL certificates.  Future duties include initiating discussion on CWR Community Board and maintain CWR Gift Shop inventory.

Commitment: 5 hours per month remotely

Certification Coordinator

Maintain a database of current CWR’s and  prepare and mail certificates to new and renewed CWR’s.

Commitment: 5 hours per month remotely
